Openreach are part of the BT Group, but they work in an independent way to ensure all Communication Providers, such as ourselves, are treated equally. We purchase the same products and services, have access to the same pricing and terms, and the same timescales as everyone else. They were setup to ensure that BT Retail didn’t maintain a monopolistic position within the UK telecommunications industry.
Orders placed are sent directly into Openreach’s systems for fulfillment. Should a fault arise then it ourselves you contact for support. Should the fault require on-site attention then it is an Openreach engineer who will visit to help gain a swift resolution on our behalf.
